Bugaboo

Our little bugaboo is our true happiness in this world. She is very happy, unless she has to burp. She loves to smile and kick her feet. She was born 9-14-09 after many annoying trips to the hospital. She liked to scare me and not move at all for up to 8 hours. She also liked giving me contractions early on. I don't know why she is smiling in this picture because she HATES when we bundle her to go outside.
She loves to talk and mimic whatever sound you make.
The world is a much better place with her in our lives and we thank Heavenly Father for her everyday.
We love her to pieces. I cannot stop kissing her and I really hate putting her down. I always want to cuddle with her. This picture is my favorite, we caught the perfect smile. She has so much hair, she is only a few months and her hair makes a mean pony tail or pig tails. So cute.

Black Tie Event

Summer and I had the opporutnity to attend the MS Champions Dinner, a black tie event held at Little America Hotel. They select a few individuals and a team to honor, and our Westminster Lacrosse Team was named 2008 team of the year. It was quite an honor, when you look at the previous honors, we are the only non-traditional one like the jazz, u of u, byu, etc. It was pretty neat. My coach and I accepted the award and I had to talk for a minute in front of about 300 people that included many local celebrities, including Mario Capecchi, the Nobel Prize Winner from the U! It was a fun evening, and Summer looked beautiful. She loves to dress up!

The Big House

I went to Michigan with my Dad, and brother Brian, and it was a blast!!! Every true college football fan needs to visit a venue like it someday. For a while at the end, it looked like they might choke like they have against by-ew the last two years, but they finally pulled it out. We also went to a Detroit Tigers baseball game. It was a fun trip, but don't go to any extremes to visit Detroit, it is a dump!

Carter makes confession at sleepover

While sleeping out our house, Carter came out of the closet, the BYU closet that is! He requested that we help him make this sign so he could show his true colors......Carter had a great time at our sleepover, he loves to run around our house and explore and play with the dogs. We made a fort for all 3 of us to sleep in, and in the morning we met up with Cindy, Eric, and Abby and went swimming at Summer's neighborhood pool. It was a blast, we hope to have him over again soon!

Double Wide

I've known for quite some time that Summer wanted to move out, but it wasn't until last week when she was elected 1st attendant in the Wal-Mart sponsored Trailer Park Beauty Pageant that I realized she was serious. Looks like we won't have to wait and save so long to move out after all!
